This site sets no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. No third-party services that would send your data to external servers are embedded; even the fonts load from our own server. You can read the site without us learning anything about you.

Contact form

When you send the form we process the details you provide: name, e-mail address, optionally phone number and postcode, information about your project and your message. Your IP address is additionally processed for technical reasons, to prevent abuse of the form.

Purpose: handling your enquiry, preparing a layout and a quote, clarifying subsidy questions.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in preventing form abuse).

• the energysolutions.lu team at iSOLUTIONS S.à r.l.
• the installation partner handling your project, normally SOLPALUX
• our hosting and e-mail provider, acting as a processor

No disclosure for advertising purposes, no resale and no transfer to third parties beyond this purpose. No transfer to countries outside the EU/EEA takes place.

No newsletter without consent

Your address is not added to any mailing list. You will only receive promotional e-mail if you separately agree to it.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted at the latest 24 months after the last contact. Where a contract is concluded, statutory retention periods apply — in Luxembourg normally ten years for business records. The technical dispatch log is deleted after twelve months.

Storage of enquiries

Your enquiry is not only sent by e-mail but also stored on our server so that we can track how far the case has progressed. Access is password-protected and limited to the team; the file cannot be reached from the internet. Retention follows the period stated above.

Contact via WhatsApp

The contact section carries a WhatsApp button. It is a plain link, not an embedded service — nothing is loaded and nothing is set unless you tap it. If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of the Meta group, processes your number and the content of the message under its own terms, over which we have no influence. If you would rather avoid that, please use the form, the e-mail address or the phone.

Server logs

When the site is accessed, our host records the usual access data (IP address, timestamp, file requested, browser type) to keep the service running securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. This data is deleted shortly afterwards and is not combined with other sources.

Subsidy calculator

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The values you enter never leave your device, and are neither transmitted nor stored.

Your rights

• erasure, unless a retention obligation applies
• restriction of processing
• data portability
• objection to processing based on legitimate interests
• withdrawal of consent, with effect for the future
